到國家影視產業資訊平台會員中心首頁，然後點選會員資訊的「註冊」。 在帳號空白輸入框中，輸入欲申請的帳號(帳號即為您的Email信箱)，並輸入必填資料即可完成申請。 請務必詳細審閱會員使用條款。 填寫完個人資料，按下「確認送出」即完成申請。
2. 忘記密碼如何查詢？
請至【會員中心】裡的【會員查詢密碼】頁，依照頁面指示，輸入您當初申請加入時所填的相關資料，國家影視產業資訊平台就會將密碼寄到您的信箱。
3. 我連帳號都忘記了該怎麼辦？
平台的會員帳號即為個人E-mail Address，設定時可選擇個人較常使用的電子郵件信箱，比較不容易忘記喔！
4. 可以更改我的個人資料嗎？

5. 想要更換個人帳號（ID）該怎麼做？
很抱歉，由於涉及到龐大會員資料庫，本網站尚不提供修改個人帳號功能。

當你遇到無法註冊時，有可能是以下幾種情況：(1) 網路速度過慢。
